Mission for Population Control (MPC) is a NGO working in the field of population control and primary education. It was formed in the year 2000 by a group of likeminded friends.

This crush of humanity is destroying the environment and detracting from everybody's quality of life. It is absolutely essential that we slow or halt population growth. We at MPC believe that the problems like poverty, education, housing, public transport and roads, health care, unemployment, terrorism etc, can only be solved if the pressure on land can be decreased. The monster of uncontrolled population growth gobbles up the huge investment in the above sectors leaving India and Indians poor.
